BNB INVEST FZE operates an in-house technology division in the United Arab Emirates. It builds the native mobile applications, commerce platforms and internal systems that the group runs on — and delivers the same engineering to external clients.
Capabilities

Swift and SwiftUI on iOS and iPadOS, Kotlin on Android. We handle the full lifecycle: product definition, design, engineering, App Store and Play Store submission, phased release and post-launch maintenance.

Through The Onyx Grid we build custom Shopify applications for organisations — merchant-facing apps, checkout and admin extensions, and the integrations that connect a storefront to the systems behind it.

Customer-facing web platforms, internal operations tooling and the APIs beneath them — built on a modern, typed stack and deployed on managed cloud infrastructure.

Design is not a separate vendor here. Research, interface design and design systems sit in the same team as engineering, which is why our releases hold together across platforms.
Process
The same five stages on every project, whether it is an internal group platform or a client application.

We map the problem, the users and the commercial constraint, then agree what the first release must do — and what it deliberately will not do.

Flows, then interface, then a design system. Reviewed against platform guidelines before a line of production code is written.

Two-week increments with a working build at the end of each. Code review, automated checks and QA on physical devices throughout.

Store submission, staged rollout, crash and performance monitoring, and a fixed support window after launch.

Ongoing maintenance: OS version support, dependency and security updates, and iteration against real usage data.
Standards & compliance
Publishing on a platform is a commitment to its users. We treat guideline conformance, privacy and security as delivery requirements, not afterthoughts.
Applications are built to conform with the App Store Review Guidelines and the Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and are reviewed internally against both before submission.
We collect the minimum data an application needs to function, declare it accurately in App Store privacy disclosures, and document retention and deletion for every data category.
Encryption in transit and at rest, secrets held in managed vaults, least-privilege access, dependency scanning and code review on every change.
Client and end-user data is handled in line with UAE data protection law and, where applicable, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
